Stuart graduated from the University of Keele with
a joint honours degree in Law and English Literature
in 1993. He then attended Chester College of Law
and trained to be a solicitor with Lees Lloyd Whitley,
qualifying in 1996
After leaving the firm and working in other practices
for a number of years Stuart returned to Lees Lloyd
Whitley’s property department in 2002. He
specialises in residential conveyancing and also
runs a team dedicated to helping elderly clients
with equity release mortgages and reversion plans.
Stuart became a partner in May 2006
In addition to his legal qualifications Stuart
has a masters degree in Victorian Literature from
the University of Liverpool, which he undertook
shortly after qualifying as a solicitor
He is married to Sally, who works in Lees Lloyd
Whitley’s Personal Injury Department.
In his spare time Stuart enjoys film, theatre,
reading and the gym
