Paul was educated at
St Edward's College in Liverpool.
He attended Liverpool University and graduated with
an LLB Honours degree in 1975.
After being articled to the former Liverpool practice
of Cuff Roberts, Paul joined the then firm of F S
Moore & Price in 1978. He became a partner in
1980.
Throughout his career Paul has been involved in property
law.
Married with two step-daughters Paul is an avid follower
of cricket, rugby and football. He is a keen follower
of Everton Football Club - an interest which he maintains
has taught him patience and how to be sporting in
defeat!
