After qualifying from Liverpool John Moores University
as an Industrial Electronics engineer the thought
of a large forehead and leather patches on the sleeves
of my jacket made me decide on a career change
I began my legal career with Deacon Goldrein Green
Solicitors in 1987 and during my 5 year employment
covered all aspects of the law in 1992. I then joined
Paul Rooney Solicitors where I specialised in Personal
Injury law. There I remained until May 1998 when
I joined LLW with the brief to develop the firm's
RTA practice.
After humble beginnings of myself and the cat there
are now 25 members of staff in my department and
the team is a significant contributor to the firm's
overall profit.
On a personal note I am married with two young children
and devote all my spare time to sport either watching
it or playing it and of course the obligatory fan
of Liverpool Football Club.
