Advises on all forms of dismissal ranging from
misconduct to redundancy, ensuring a correct procedure
is followed. Also represents clients on major areas
of discrimination law. Provides advice on a day
to day basis on all areas of employment law effecting
employer clients via the HR Helpline.
David was employed by the Firm straight from school
after achieving his A Levels. He worked in the Firm’s
private and public sector Debt Recovery teams before
transferring to the Commercial Litigation team.
Since December 2001 David has been working within
the Employment team and has worked on a range of
cases for both employees and employers.
David has also completed his law degree and legal
practise course while working, which were sponsored
by the Firm, and qualified as a Solicitor in February
2005.
While not in work David enjoys playing football,
cricket and golf and watching Liverpool Football
Club.
