Antony obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from Liverpool John Moores University. In 2000, Antony joined Lees Lloyd Whitley as IT Manager with 5 years prior experience in the Legal Sector.

Antony became IT Director in 2004 and is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society.
